National Lok Adalat was organized on Saturday under the aegis of Hathras District Legal Services Authority under the chairmanship of District Judge Hathras Mridula Kumar. A total of 24703 cases were disposed of during this period.

In the National Lok Adalat, 28 motor accident cases were settled and Rs 1,65,10,000 was given as compensation. 58 Civil Litigations, 93 Family Litigations, 95 Electricity Act Litigations were settled. 11 cases u/s 138 NI Act, 12190 revenue cases were settled. District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and 2470 minor criminal cases were settled and Rs 5,94,910 was recovered as fine. A total of 9697 cases of banks and electricity were settled at the prelitigation level and a settlement was filed for Rs 8,59,23,482.

22 cases were settled through Permanent Lok Adalat and 38 arbitration cases were settled with settlement amount of Rs 1,05,000. One civil, seven arbitration and three criminal cases were settled in the court of District Judge, Hathras, Mridula Kumar, and Rs 1,06,500 was recovered as fine.

A total of 92 family disputes were settled in the court of Chief Justice Family Court Akhilesh Dubey. A case of matrimonial matters was settled. 28 couples agreed to live together. Twenty-two cases were disposed of in the court of Chairman Permanent Lok Adalat Shankar Lal. A case was settled in the court of Rakesh Kumar, Chairman, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
