The occasion was the 150th anniversary of Kayastha Pathshala, Asia’s largest educational trust. Kumar Vishwas, who arrived at the Major Ranjit Singh Sports Complex at 7 pm, was greeted with cheers by a crowd of poetry lovers. The packed crowd looked eager to listen to him and get into the flow of poems. After lighting the lamp, Kumar Vishwas created an atmosphere with old memories.
During a poetry conference held in Delhi, he referred to the spontaneity of the then Prime Minister Atal Vihari Vajpayee with the intention that the soul should not be big to be great. From the decisions and resolutions of the Central Government, he also praised the pair of PM Narendra Modi and Amit Shah. After this he started with muktas, songs based on love.
The lines were like this – I have fought life without you / I am standing on the margin without you / At the turn where you left me / I am standing there without you…. The audience kept supporting him by clapping on the lines of these songs. In between, he appealed to change the male-centric mindset and tried to tell that both husband and wife are two wheels of the same chariot of life, if they do not walk together, then there will always be a fear of disintegrating everything.
In the end, he irrigated every body and mind with the song Ganga in Sangamnagari. He recited the song that toys are with us till childhood / from youth till Ravani / this is the experience full of stories / till the story of old age / all are supported in life only / but this is the support of the last moment of life / this is the bank of Ganga. … Apart from Supreme Court Justice Krishna Murari as chief guest, Kajri singer Padmashree Ajita Srivastava, Mayor Abhilasha Gupta Nandi, former minister Siddharth Nath Singh, ADG Prem Prakash, Kumar Narayan, SD Kautilya and many others were present as special guests. . Jitendra Nath Singh, Chairman of KP Trust presided over.
Kavi Kumar Vishwas was honored on Friday by giving Ang Vastram and memorial symbol on the grand stage built in Major Ranjit Singh Sports Complex premises. During this, folk singer Padma Shri Ajita Srivastava was also honored with Angavastram.
