Reward crook in police custody

Police of Jaunpur district arrested three miscreants carrying reward of Rs 25 thousand each from three different places. Along with this, five other accused were also arrested. A pistol, cartridges, bike and some cash were also recovered from the accused. During the encounter, a bounty hunter of a cattle smuggler was shot in the leg.
The Singramau police arrested Nafees Khan, a resident of Godhana Powai, who was carrying a reward of Rs 25,000. According to the police, a pistol and cartridges were also recovered from him.
Police Station President Kamlesh Kumar said that Nafees, accused of cattle smuggling, was arrested from village Bachuar.
Similarly, the police of Mungrabadshahpur police station arrested Bhatkapur resident Satyam Tiwari, accused of looting a reward of Rs 25,000. Bike, pistol, Rs 1700 cash used in chain snatching incident were recovered from him. Police Station President Vivek Kumar Tiwari said that on February 19, an incident of chain snatching took place near Dharampur after injuring a woman.
