During the operation of a woman resident of Umarpur village of the area, a case of leaving a handkerchief in the stomach has come to light. It came to know when the victim had pain in her stomach. Later, Rumal was removed after re-operation in a hospital in Prayagraj. The victim’s husband has filed a complaint in the police station demanding registration of a case against the doctor who left the handkerchief.
Kanchan, wife of Umarpur Gram Sabha resident Rakesh Gautam, was pregnant. Admitted to the hospital located at Sujanganj Belwar Tirahe for delivery. Rakesh told that on September 24, the doctor asked for the operation. Gave delivery after operation, but left the handkerchief in the stomach during that time. After about a month, the victim Kanchan started having stomach pain and fever. Even after being shown here and there, when there was no relief, the investigation was done at another place. Ultrasound revealed that there is something in the stomach. On the same basis, a doctor from Prayagraj performed an operation and took out a handkerchief from the stomach on November 7. Now that Kanchan’s health has recovered, Rakesh has filed a complaint in the police station to file a case in this matter. According to Rakesh, the doctor who conducted the delivery had taken Rs 68,000, but was negligent.
Station Head Sujanganj Ghanshyam Shukla told that Rakesh’s Tahrir has been received. the matter is being investigated. The operator of the hospital is absconding after closing the clinic. Action will be taken by filing a case.
