Jalgaon : MAT (Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal) has temporarily stayed the transfer of Jalgaon Municipal Corporation Commissioner Dr. Vidya Gaikwad. The hearing in this matter will be held on December 9. Jalgaon Municipal Commissioner Dr. Vidya Gaikwad was transferred recently, but she has not been given any post yet. But the post on which she was working, Parbhani Commissioner Devidas Pawar has been appointed as the new commissioner.
He also took charge as soon as he got the order on Wednesday. During this, Commissioner Dr. Vidya Gaikwad went to Pune for administrative training. She was not present during the inauguration, hence, she is said to have taken charge unilaterally. Jalgaon commissioner Vidya Gaikwad had filed a petition in ‘MAT’ against her transfer, on her behalf Avinash S. Deshmukh applied.
