- Jaggery – 1 cup
- Coconut Bura – 1/2 cup
- Dry fruits – 1/2 cup
- Wheat flour – 250 grams
- Ghee – 5 tbsp
- Salt – 2 pinches
- White butter – 1 tsp

- To make jaggery paratha, first of all sift wheat flour in a vessel.
- Then add 2 pinches of salt to it and mix it well.
- After this, add powdered jaggery, dry fruits, coconut powder and all the other ingredients and mix it.
- Then knead the dough by adding water as required.
- After this, you keep it to set for about 15 minutes. Then grease the pan well with ghee and heat it.
- Roll out the paratha and roast it till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides. Now your tasty jaggery paratha is ready.
- Place the paratha in a plate and pour white butter on top and serve it with hot tea.
