The Allahabad High Court has canceled the bail granted by the sessions court on November 24, 2005 to Farhan, accused of murdering MLA Raju Pal and two security guards in broad daylight. The court said, the accused Bahubali mafia is also a member of Atiq Ahmed gang.
As soon as he was released on bail, he kept on committing crime after crime. It seems that in the Dhumanganj police station area, it is not the police but the confession of Atiq Ahmed. This remark was made by Justice DK Singh while accepting the bail cancellation application of (deceased) Krishna Kumar Pal alias Umesh Pal.
