The Allahabad High Court said that the forces opposing Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who do not want to see the development of the country and the state, should be investigated by the state. However, the Court refrained from issuing any direction in this regard. It is left to the state. The court upheld the rejection of the petitioner’s objection on the final report filed after deliberations in the case against Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath by the trial court and said that the trial court cannot reconsider the issue on which the Supreme Court’s decision has become final. . The court has dismissed the revision petition filed in the case of Yogi Adityanath, considering it an abuse of the judicial process, along with damages of one lakh rupees, and has directed the petitioner to deposit the damages in the Army Welfare Fund in four weeks. With this decision of the court, Yogi Adityanath has got a big relief. This decision has been given by Justice DK Singh on the criminal revision petition of Parvez Parvaz, an alleged social worker from Gorakhpur.
