The Allahabad High Court has directed the SP Traffic Prayagraj to appear on September 23 along with a plan to get rid of traffic jams around the court premises. The court has said that a proper plan of traffic and vehicle parking to reach the High Court should be presented so that the problem of traffic jam does not arise in coming to the High Court. This order has been given by Justice Saurabh Shyam Shamsheri on the petition filed by Tayyaba Begum regarding maintenance.
The petitioner’s advocate Sahar Naqvi told the court that due to the traffic jam, he had to park his vehicle one km away from the High Court gate and come in a hurry to reach the court before 4 o’clock. So that, his case is not dismissed in ad hoc advocacy.
There were also some policemen on the road, but they were unable to fix the traffic jams and parking arrangements. Senior advocate Amarendra Nath Singh, including the lawyers present in the court, also added their voice. Said, appropriate order should be issued. The court has asked the senior advocate to be present in the court for co-operation at the time of next hearing.
