Firozabad’s Chief Judicial Magistrate Meenakshi Sinha has summoned ARTO Neetu Singh to the court on March 22 after issuing a non-bailable warrant on charges of wrongly transferring the vehicle. Neetu Singh is currently posted on the post of Hathras ARTO Administration.
The matter pertains to the ARTO office located at Thana Matsena in Firozabad. Uma Shankar, a resident of Dhimshree village of Shamshabad in Agra district, had alleged that in the year 2017, he had sent his driver Anil Kumar to the ARTO office Dabrai to get the finance of vehicle number UP 83 AD 5719 deducted. But the then ARTO Neetu Singh wrongly transferred the said vehicle in the name of an acquaintance. Complained to him about this, but he did not take the complaint seriously.
After this he took the matter to the court. In respect of which the case is pending in the CJM Court. In this case, the date is being given continuously in the court. Due to non-appearance of ARTO Neetu Singh, the court is continuously giving dates. The victim’s advocate Hariom Sharma said that due to the absence of the said officer in the court, while issuing the warrant, an order has been given to appear in the court on March 22.
