New Delhi. NIA has got a big success in Ludhiana Bomb Blast. Actually its mastermind Harpreet Singh (Harp[reetSingh)hasnowbeenarrestedAccordingtotheinformationreceivedtheNationalInvestigationAgency(NIA)hasarrestedhimtodayieonFridayonhisarrivalfromKualaLumpurMalaysia[reetSingh)अबगिरफ्तारकरलियागयाहै।मिलीजानकारीकेअनुसारराष्ट्रीयजांचएजेंसी(NIA)नेआजयानीशुक्रवारकोमलेशियाकेकुआलालंपुरसेआनेपरउसेगिरफ्तारकियाहै।
This case was registered in the Ludhiana Commissionerate on 23 December 2021 and was re-registered by the NIA on 13 January 2022. He was arrested today on landing at Delhi’s IGI airport after coming from Kuala Lumpur.

Please inform that Harpreet is actually an associate of Lakhbir Singh Rode, who is the head of International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF) based in Pakistan. The said Harpreet along with his associate was one of the conspirators of the building blast in Ludhiana Court last December 2021. One person was killed and several people were injured in the blast.

Giving information about the incident, the NIA said that acting on the instructions of Lakhbir Singh, Harpreet coordinated the delivery of specially made IEDs, which were sent from Pakistan to their associates in India. Later the same IED was used in the Ludhiana Court Complex blast.
Let us inform that earlier NIA had also registered a case and declared a reward of Rs 10 lakh on Harpreet Singh alias Happy Malaysia. Also, a non-bailable warrant was issued against him by the special NIA court and the LOC was opened. Further investigation is going on in the matter even today. At the same time, he has been arrested by the NIA after coming from Kuala Lumpur and landing at Delhi’s IGI Airport.
