Advocate SFA Naqvi, appearing for the petitioner side in the case, argued that three dates have been given by the temple side to stop the worship of Shringar Gauri. Under this, the first date has been given as 1990, the second 1993 and so on, the third date is 2021 when the regular worship of Shringar Gauri has been stopped.

Argued that the claim should have been dismissed on the same logic of the temple side but, the trial court did not assess it properly. Accepting the demand for regular worship, the application of the Arjahaniya Masajid Committee was rejected. The advocate gave his stand on many discrepancies in the arguments given by the temple side in the petition.

Earlier, at the beginning of the hearing, the advocate of the Prajataniya Masajid Committee placed the decision of the district court before the court. Told that the worship of Shringar Gauri is already closed regularly. The temple side never claimed to perform regular puja before this. His claim is as of today. After the debate that lasted for about an hour, the court adjourned the hearing of the matter till Friday.
