Gorakhpur News: Weapons are being sold from Ujjain, weapons are being ordered from WhatsApp group, three arrested A to Z Counsel

A person from Belghat in Gorakhpur district sells firearms from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh. This was disclosed by the three miscreants arrested in Gola on Tuesday during police interrogation. Police is raiding in search of the youth. After the arrest of the accused, the police will work on the Ujjain connection.

SP South Arun Kumar Singh gave information about the miscreants caught by holding a press conference on Tuesday. He said that the arrested accused with three pistols have been identified as Jaihind, resident of Vimti, Gola, Mahtab alias Nayak, resident of Parsa and Mohammad Akhtar alias Machhar. In questioning them, it has come to know that the sellers of arms have formed 10 groups on WhatsApp. Each group has 50 to 60 members. Arms are demanded and supplied through this group. The price is also decided on this.

The SP told that the Belghat police had caught Raghavendra and Guddu Kannaujiya a few days ago. After questioning him and getting the photographs of the weapons, the police intensified the investigation and Jaihind’s name came to the fore. After catching Jaihind, the police have caught two of his other accomplices. The SP said that on the basis of the evidence obtained from the mobile phone, the police is engaged in the investigation. The gang will be exposed soon.

Police say that 10 groups are being operated on WhatsApp. Groups have been formed with names like Deva, Mahakal, Gangster, AK-47, Gundon ki Toli, M for work. The police is busy investigating the members of each group.

Mahakal group again came into limelight
Some time ago, the name of Mahakal group had come to the fore in the matter of fighting on the streets by forming gangs. This time the name of Mahakal Group has come up for discussion in the purchase and supply of arms. The SP told that the role of each is being investigated.

SP South Arun Kumar Singh said that the police is running a campaign under Operation Tamancha Do. After the arrest of the youths of Belghat, the police have arrested three more miscreants. The illegal pistol has been bought for Rs 35,000 and the pistol for Rs 6,000. After this it has been sold at expensive prices. Information is being sought to whom the arms have been sold. The real accused is a person from Belghat, after his arrest the whole matter will come out in the open.
