In a village of Deoria, the relatives caught the youths who had gone to meet their married girlfriend along with their friend. Was taken hostage after being beaten up on Saturday night. Later, the Deoria and Gulriha police reached the information and rescued both the youths. The police handed over the youths to their relatives.
According to information, a young man from a village under Kaptanganj police station area of Kushinagar district had a love affair with a girl from a neighboring village for five years. On knowing this, the girl’s family got her married a year ago in a village under Maduadih police station area of Deoria. Still kept talking to each other on mobile.
When the girl’s in-laws came to know about this, they called the girl on Saturday and asked her to invite her lover to meet them. When the girl called her lover on phone, he took his friend living in Gulriha area saying that he has to go for a feast.
When the lover and the companion had reached the crossroads of the girlfriend’s in-laws house by bike, the in-laws first ambushed them and started thrashing them both. When the girl got information about this, she immediately informed the concerned police station. When the police reached the spot, both their lives were saved.
Here the sister of the lover’s partner, who lives in a rented house in Mogalha of Gulriha police station area and works in a shopping mall, informed the Gulriha police about the missing person. Gulriha police brought both of them after contacting Deoria police late at night.
