OPD will start from February 1 at Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath Ayush University located at Pipri, Bhathat in Gorakhpur district. It will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Vice Chancellor Dr. AK Singh, DM Krishna Karunesh, SSP Dr. Gaurav Grover reviewed the preparations on Sunday.
Vice-Chancellor Dr. AK Singh said that February 1 time has been received from the Chief Minister’s Office for the inauguration of the OPD. Told that OPD of Ayurveda, Unani and Homeopathy will start in the first phase. In the second phase OPD of Yoga and Naturopathy will be started. It was told that a proposal was also sent to the government for the appointment of doctors in the university, for which permission has also been received.
