To enhance the beauty of Ramgarhtal and to provide maximum facilities to the tourists, now a four-lane road will be made around the lake. Jal Nigam is already constructing a three meter wide road from Padleganj to RKBK.
At the same time, the budget has been released to make Deoria bypass also four-lane. It will be made by the Public Works Department. The Gorakhpur Development Authority (GDA) will construct four lanes on the remaining portion. About Rs 500 crore will be spent on this project.
Preparations have started regarding this. The Authority has done the survey in collaboration with the Revenue Department. While making the road, it will be kept in mind that maximum vacant land should be used. Efforts are being made that there should be no need to demolish the houses that have been built.
On Monday, the GDA Vice President has also assured Mahadev Jharkhandi piece number two and the people around it. There is already a four-lane road from Padleganj to Nauchan. The four-lane road being constructed by Lonivi from Naukan to the Hanuman temple located on Deoria bypass will also be made a part of it. After this, Deoria Bypass Fourlane will be used till Sahara Estate.
The main road in Sahara Estate will also be included in this project. Taking this road forward, Jharkhandi will be connected to Padleganj via RKBK. Along with traffic on this road, entertainment and street food zones will also be prepared at various places.
