A gangster case has been registered against four accused of robbing a collection agent by putting chilli powder in his eyes in August 2021 in Ramgarhtal area of Gorakhpur district. Action was taken after DM’s permission on the report of Ramgarhtal police.
One of the accused in this case was also shot later in a police encounter. Currently two accused are out on bail, whose search has been started again. At the same time, two accused are lodged in jail.
According to the information, in August 2021, there was a robbery incident with Navneet, a resident of Baghauchghat in Deoria district and a collection agent. Bike-borne miscreants looted Rs 5.28 lakh from him by putting chilli powder in his eyes.
In this case, the police had arrested a criminal named Sikandar in an encounter. The other three miscreants were later arrested. Now the police have taken gangster action on all. Presently Vijay and Govind are in jail, the other two accused are out on bail.
Case filed against them
Vijay Kumar, a resident of Betiahata Dakshin of Ramgarhtal area, Sikandar Nishad, a resident of Kazakpur, Govind Yadav, a resident of Senduli Binduli and Sonu Bansfod of the same area have been gang-raped. Vijay Kumar is the leader of the gang.
Five cases have been registered against Vijay in Ramgarhtal police station, one in Shishamau police station of Kanpur city, three in Kotwali of Barabanki, Bhosra. Three cases have been registered against Sikandar in Ramgarhtal, one case against Govind in Ramgarhtal, one in Khorabar and one case against Sonu.
