On Thursday, the police registered a gangster case against the shooter and the accused who killed in Gulriha and Gagaha in Gorakhpur district. After approval from DM, the police have taken action to stop the gang. In Gulriha, two shooters from Punjab who killed former Pradhan and BJP leader Brijesh Singh were gang-raped, while in Gagaha, a gangster case was registered against those who killed Kajal Singh.
Kajal was murdered for making a video of father’s beating Kajal Singh was shot by miscreants on 20 August 2021 in Jagdishpur Bhaluan village of Gagaha area. Five days later, on August 25, he died during treatment. It was alleged that Vijay Prajapati, along with his accomplices, shot dead Kajal Singh, son of Raju Nayan Singh, in a dispute over money transactions. One of the main accused, Vijay Prajapati, was killed by the police in an encounter.
Other accused Harish, resident of Hashimpura, Deoband police station area of Saharanpur, Rajan Tiwari of Tada village and Subhash Prajapati and Jayanti Prajapati of Jagdishpur Bhaluwan village were arrested and sent to jail. Now the police have registered a gangster case against all the accused. The details of their properties are also being collected.
SP South Arun Kumar Singh said that gangster action has been taken against the accused of the popular murder case. Their properties will be confiscated.
BJP leader and former Pradhan Brijesh Singh, a resident of Narayanpur in Gulriha area, was shot dead on the night of April 2, 2021. Disclosing the police massacre, Rajveer Singh alias Malak, a resident of Davinder Nagar under Tarn Taran Road police station area of Amritsar, Punjab was arrested and Satnam Singh of the same place.
Both had executed the incident of murder by taking betel nut. The night both of them committed the murder, Brijesh Singh had left his village for the city house the next day, preparing to file his nomination papers for the Prime Minister’s election. Miscreants shot and killed near the village itself and created a sensation.
Earlier the matter of murder was revealed in the electoral rivalry, but later the police revealed the murder in the land rivalry. The police had also taken action against the shooters under Rasuka. Now both the shooters have been booked under gangster.
