In Nayagaon of Gorakhnath area of Gorakhpur district, a one-year-old innocent Aditi was murdered by her mother’s friend Jackie Gupta. He told the police that the crying of the girl used to make him irritable, due to which he first fought and slammed his head against the wall, leading to Aditi’s death.
Jackie Gupta used to beat Aditi from three days to four days before the killing. The police registered a case of murder on the mother’s Tahrir and presented the accused Jackie Gupta in the court on Thursday, from where he was sent to jail.
Accused Jackie is a resident of number ten Boring of Gorakhnath area. Inspector-in-Charge Durgesh Singh said that the accused Jackie is a cancer patient. He has a deep relationship with Aditi’s mother and lives together. But Aditi was not his child. Because of this he had no affection for her.
Was assaulting Aditi for the last several days and then on Tuesday, he slammed her on a minor issue, due to which she was seriously injured. He died during treatment at the medical college. The police have registered a case on the complaint of Aditi’s mother and sent the accused to jail.

Now in such a situation, the question is starting to arise that why the police is avoiding making him a partner in the murder.
Mother can become accused of criminal conspiracy Bar Association President Krishna Bihari Dubey said that behind this whole incident, some unethical relationship seems to be the reason, due to which the incident took place. In such a situation, the mother should also be made accused of criminal conspiracy. If the police want, the mother can be made an accused in the investigation.

Aditi’s mother Nandani, a resident of Shivshakti Nagar mango market in Shahpur area, was married six years ago to Rajesh Kumar Yadav, a resident of Sirona in Bhairoganj police station area of West Champaran, Bihar. Both had two children Arya (4) and Aditi (1). On September 28, husband Rajesh Yadav had come to the medical college for treatment after his health deteriorated. Meanwhile, Nandani had gone with her friend Jackie and lived in a rented house in Nayagaon, where the incident took place.
SP City Krishna Kumar Vishnoi said that after registering a case of murder on the complaint of the mother of the deceased girl, the accused was arrested. The accused was presented in the court by the police, from where he was sent to jail.
