Due to technical reason in Uttar Pradesh’s Barot, the website of public utility e-district is closed since last January 5. Due to which people are not able to get online ration card apart from useful certificates like income, caste and domicile. This is the reason why the verification of more than six thousand certificates in the district is also hanging in the balance due to the website being closed since last one week. People are forced to go round the tehsils.
Apart from income, caste and domicile certificates, other services are also available from the e-District website. Application for certificates is made on the website through Jan Seva Kendras.
210 types of services are available including new ration card, number of units in ration card, electricity bill, pension, Khatauni, complaint, public distribution certificate, but due to technical problems since last January, the e-district portal of the district is running closed. . Due to which the applicants are forced to travel from public service centers to tehsil for the certificate.
