SP leader former MLA Rameshwar Singh Yadav and his younger brother former District Panchayat President Jugendra Singh Yadav are detained in Etah District Jail. In view of the apprehension of any disturbance, both have been kept in separate barracks. Amidst these restrictions, the two leaders had a formal meeting during lunch time as per the jail rules.
Rameshwar Singh Yadav is detained in the District Jail since June 10, 2022. While his brother Jugendra Singh Yadav made all efforts to avoid arrest. First obtained stay orders from the High Court. After this he remained underground for a long time. Meanwhile, the proceedings under section 82, 83 continued on him. Along with this, a reward of 25 thousand rupees was also declared from the level of SSP.
On Thursday, the police arrested him from the Jait police station area of Mathura. It is being told that he was preparing to leave Uttar Pradesh and go to South India. Police arrested and brought here. Sent to jail after being presented in CJM court. Now both the brothers are detained in a prison. But the jail administration has maintained a distance between them. At the same time, due to security reasons, Jugendra Singh’s meeting with people from outside has been stopped.

Fit in medical checkup, no demand
Where former MLA is a patient of heart and blood pressure and his treatment goes on continuously. He had demanded medicines etc. for himself from the court and jail administration. But Jugendra Singh has not made any such demand. He was found completely healthy during the medical checkup in the jail. After which he is kept in the barrack along with other prisoners.
The jail superintendent said
Jail Superintendent Amit Chaudhary told that all the prisoners are taken out of the barracks at the time of meal. During this they can meet each other. There is no restriction on this. The meeting of outsiders with Jugendra Singh has not been started yet.
