Train traffic has been affected due to fog. Most of the trains passing through Cantt railway station were delayed by hours from their scheduled time, due to which passengers were seen waiting in distress on Friday.

On Friday, Begumpura Express arrived 9:03 hours behind schedule. Whereas, Anand Vihar Terminal Sadbhavna Express 8:27 hours, Patliputra Superfast Express 6:59 hours, Doon Express 5:03 hours, Himgiri Express 4:30 hours, Swatantrata Sangram Senani Express three hours, Amritsar-Howrah Mail 2:37 hours, Ganga Sutlej Express was delayed by 2.30 hours and Gondia-Barauni Express by 2.22 hours.

Passengers were worried even at the bus station

After one o’clock on Thursday night at the Cantt bus station, the passengers were seen upset. Because the number of passengers was less than 30, the buses were not dispatched. ARM Rural Depot Vijay Kumar Srivastava told that the buses are being operated at night when there are 30-35 passengers.
