Nagpur, After the situation of Kovid epidemic becomes normal, lakhs of followers will reach Deekshabhoomi and Dragon Palace this year on Dhammachakra Enforcement Day. He directed to make arrangements for basic facilities in Deekshabhoomi and Dragon Palace as well as to keep the transportation, primary health facilities, security arrangements chalked out. Guidelines were also given regarding planning, arrangement of fire department etc., so that there is no crowd at Annadan stalls.
