There is also news that in this fire, about 30 to 40 shops of Bhagirath Palace Market near Chandni Chowk were gutted. Apart from this, two buildings have also suffered a lot. At the same time, due to the narrow streets, the fire engines are having trouble going inside.
On the other hand, BJP MP from Chandni Chowk, Dr. Harshvardhan also reached the spot after getting the news of this fire. He inspected the incident and gave necessary instructions to the fire brigade team to control the fire at the earliest. Here, when there was no arrangement for water in case of fire, when there was a fire in the Bhagirath Palace yesterday, local shopkeepers got angry and they raised slogans against the Kejriwal government.
