New Delhi: The server of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is being told down from 7:00 am on Wednesday (November 23). Because of this, patients and other medical related work are facing a lot of problems. AIIMS administration says that there has been a cyber attack on their website. Due to this all kinds of online facilities of AIIMS have been affected. All types of work including slip making, reporting are included. Presently work is going on in this direction. Something clear can be said only after getting complete information from the IT department.
According to news agency ANI, the server of AIIMS Delhi is down since 7 am on Wednesday. OPD and sample collection is being handled manually. But many services have been affected. Due to which the citizens are facing problems. The administration is trying to restore the servers and is holding meetings with the IT department and the National Informatics Center (NIC) after reports of a possible cyber attack surfaced. An official source said OPD and sample collection services were affected due to the server down.
