After the decision of the local court in the famous daughter case of Hathras, both the parties are now busy preparing for the case in the High Court. Both sides are engaged in studying this decision.
The Special Court SC-ST Act had given its verdict in the daughter’s case on Thursday. The case of rape and murder was not considered in this. One accused Sandeep was sentenced to life imprisonment and the remaining three accused Ravi, Ramu and Lavkush were ordered to be released. Advocates of both sides are preparing to go to the High Court against this decision of the local court.
Advocate Munna Singh Pundhir of the accused side says that one of the accused Sandeep has been sentenced by the court. He will appeal against this decision of the court in the High Court. The daughter’s side is also preparing to move the High Court. Mahipal Singh Nimhotra, advocate of the daughter side, says that he is studying the order. Will soon appeal against this decision in the High Court.
