Police is continuously taking action against criminals in Azamgarh district of UP. Today, for the second consecutive day, the crook Haseeb, carrying a reward of 25 thousand, was caught in an encounter. The injured miscreant has been admitted to the hospital after being shot in the leg. He admitted to being involved in several incidents of theft. Earlier on Thursday also, in two separate encounters in the district, three miscreants including two prize money of 25 thousand were injured by police bullets. There is panic among the criminals due to this brutal action of the police.

On February 10, some thieves who were planning to commit a robbery in Lalganj town were caught by the police. In which Ejaz Ahmed, Shahid, Adil and Vishwanath Gupta were included. During this, Haseeb alias Sheru and Chhedi, Akil, Wakif managed to escape from the spot.

Inspector-in-charge of Devgaon police station Gajanand Choubey along with other policemen were present at Kabira Pulia Devgaon Bardah border on Lalganj Bhira Marg on Friday morning.
