Wash: Taking spectacular action under the leadership of the local Crime Branch police station in-charge officer Hemant Patil, three criminals have been arrested. While a country-made pistol was seized from a suspect, in the second action, two have been arrested for drug smuggling. Superintendent of Police Praveen Kumar Patil has appreciated this double blast action.

LCB PI Hemant Patil had received credible information that Tauseef Shah Salim Shah resident of 80 Feet Road along with his accomplices in Shivaji High School area was coming on two wheeler number (MH 39 R D.1939) with the intention of smuggling drugs. He immediately ordered the team to take action. The team started searching for him in the municipal area, meanwhile two suspects were seen standing on a two wheeler with a plastic sack and two cardboard boxes in the street next to the municipal corporation. He was taken into custody. The accused have been identified by the police as Tauseef Shah Salim Shah Ramzan Baba Nagar near Osmania Masjid and Atul Kanhaiyalal Rane Gandhi Nagar, Shrinath 3 Society, Sapna Pan Centre, Surat, Gujarat.
