Animal Welfare Board has issued a new leaflet today and has announced that it is seeking an appeal letter to celebrate Cow Hug Day. After the information of the Ministry of Animal Husbandry, it has been told that the letter issued by the Animal Welfare Board regarding February 14 has been sought.
