- Flour – 2 cups
- Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
- Black raisins – 1 tsp
- Tutti frutti – 2 tbsp
- Almonds – 1 cup
- White Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
- Cloves – 2
- Mace powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Butter – 1 cup
- salt to taste
- Eggs – 2
- Lemon zest – 2 teaspoons
- Brandy – 2 teaspoons
- Apple – 1
- Flowers – 1
- Cream milk – 2 tbsp

- First of all sift the flour in a vessel. After this add baking powder, bread crumbs, cloves, mace powder to it.
- Now cut and mix apple, almonds, black raisins in it. After mixing these things, add lemon zest to it.
- Then in another bowl mix salt, brown sugar well.
