New Delhi : The Supreme Court on Friday directed the Maharashtra government to ensure that there will be no protest speeches in the Janakrosh Morcha to be held in Mumbai city, Sunday (February 5). Justice. Of. M. Joseph and J. B. Instructions have been given to Pardiwala’s bench, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta and Maharashtra government’s side court.

‘If permission is given to organize this program, then no one will make hate speech and will not disrespect the law. Public order will not be disturbed,’ said the Supreme Court. The Bench recorded Tushar Mehta’s reply and ordered the State Government to take care that no hate speech would take place in the programme. If there are any malicious statements in the front, the court has said that the police should take action against them.

A petition would have been filed in the Supreme Court demanding that the court intervene so that the incidents that took place in the meeting of the Hindu Janakrosh Morcha on 29 January should not be repeated. At the time of hearing, the court did not agree. On behalf of the petitioners, Kapil Sibal and Baju Mandli. A demand was made that the entire front should be videographed. Accordingly, the court ordered that the police or the march and the speeches should be photographed.

New Delhi: The recommendation made by the Collegium for the appointment of five Supreme Court judges in December last year will be approved soon, the Center assured the Supreme Court on Friday.
