The Class 10 and Class 12 examinations of the Central Board of Secondary Education are starting from Wednesday. Class 10 will start with painting and other four regional language papers, while class 12 will start with entrepreneurship. The main examination of class 10th will be held from February 27 and that of class 12th from February 20. About 20 centers have been set up in the district. Today 500 students of class 10th and 12th will appear for the exam. CBSE has made preparations for the successful conduct of the examinations being held normally after two years of the Corona pandemic.
The board has made concrete arrangements to prevent paper leaks and copying. Special attention will be kept on sensitive centers. City Coordinator Gurmeet Kaur said that students will get admission in the center along with school dress and admit card. Roll number, date of birth, exam name, student name, parents name, exam center information, category of disabled students, admit card information have been given on the admit card. The exams will be held from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm. Entry will not be allowed in the examination hall after 10 am.
