Pusad, In the premises of Secondary Higher Secondary School of Katkheda of Rural Police Station area, the relative who came to drop the examinee, thrashed the police personnel posted at the examination centre. This incident came to light during 11 am on 23 February. Anger is being expressed in the police department after BJP MLA Nilay Naik’s case came to the fore in the school.
A case has been registered against 3 people in the rural police station. The main facilitator has been taken into custody. While 2 are absconding. The main accused named Sachin Pawar, who lives in Katarwadi of Mahagaon tehsil, has been arrested by the police. On the other hand, Manohar Pawar and Ganesh Pawar, who live in the village, along with both of them, a minor boy is absconding.
Katkheda center incident
A case has been registered against all three in the rural police station. According to the rural police sources, there was a Sanskrit paper on February 23 at 11 am in center number 762 secondary and higher secondary school of Katkheda of Pusad tehsil. Relatives were coming to drop the candidate at this examination center. Rural police station employee Maroti Madne was doing duty at the examination center. He was seen roaming in the school premises even when some students did not have exams. After which the employee Maroti Madane interrupted, after which the four accused together pushed the policeman.

During the incident, the policeman was injured due to injury on his leg. In the case, a case was registered against all four in the rural police station for creating obstruction in government work and violating the rules even when section 144 was in force. Police is searching for 3 accused as they are absconding. The primary information about the four accused coming to deliver copy has been received from the police sources.
