New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party has suffered a significant setback in Tripura. The MLA of the Karbuk Constitueancy of the state, Burba Mohan Tripura has resigned from the get together. There are speculations that Barba Tipra Motha could be part of the get together. Barba Mohan has resigned from the membership of the Legislative Assembly right this moment.
MLA Barba Mohan has cited ‘private causes’ in his resignation letter to stop the meeting membership. Assembly Speaker Ratan Chakraborty has instructed that, BJP MLA from Kabuk meeting constituency met me and submitted his resignation citing private causes. During this, he was accompanied by Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma, President of Tipra Motha.

The Speaker mentioned that the resignation has been accepted as he has adopted the process. He mentioned, “Barba is not a member of the assembly from today.” After this resignation, the energy of the 60-member meeting has now come down to 58, as IPFT MLA Brishketu Debbarma was already disqualified for the membership of the House.

After Barba Mohan’s resignation, the head of Tipra Motha mentioned, “Barba Mohan Tripura has resigned as MLA and member of BJP. He doesn’t need to be related to any nationwide political get together. He needs to work for the pursuits of Tiparasa, the native tribe of Tripura.
