According to eyewitness driver Pradeep Kumar, a stray dog got hit by a bike 10 steps away from his car as soon as he got down from the over bridge in Jalalabad. Due to which the three youths on the bike fell on the road. The Kotwal immediately stopped his car and told the soldiers to immediately pick up the bike riders and take them to the hospital.
