Bhiwandi : Organized criminals are committing crimes on a large scale in Bhiwandi. Due to the frequent incidents of extortion, armed robbery, Bhiwandi Police Commissionerate Deputy Commissioner Navnath Dhawale, Assistant Commissioner Kishore Khairnar has directed all the police officers in their police station area against organized crime criminals under the guidance of senior officers. Strict action has been ordered against the culprits living in After that Madan Ballal, Senior Police Inspector of Narpoli Police Station has taken action against the three accused arrested in the case registered in the police station under the Mokka Act.
It may be noted that on investigation of the crime of forcible theft registered at Narpoli police station, it was found that the accused were committing the crime in an organized manner. Gang leader Dawood Soyeb Ansari and gang members Gulfam Nisar Ansari and Avesh Abdul Kalam Shaikh were arrested on the basis of intelligence inputs. The investigation found that the gang leader and gang members committed serious crimes such as aggravated assault, dacoity with a weapon at the risk of a weapon, in Bhiwandi City, Shantinagar, Bhiwandi City, Narpoli as well as in the Dholkagram police station area in the State of Gujarat Is. They were involved in heinous crimes like forcible theft, chain snatching, mobile snatching. That’s why action has been taken against these three under the Mokka Act.
