Tremendous enthusiasm is visible among the people regarding Rahul Gandhi’s visit. The people of Kandhla looked desperate to catch a glimpse of Rahul Gandhi on the road.
However, Rahul Gandhi passed by the Chaudhary Charan Singh statue in Kandhla. RLD MLA Prasanna Chowdhary and Ashraf Ali Khan kept waiting for him.

Bharat Jodo Yatra will enter Haryana on January 6
On January 6, the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ will enter Haryana where it will remain till January 10, the senior Congress leader said. After this the Yatra will enter Punjab on January 11 and will also pass through Himachal Pradesh on January 19 for a day. He said that the Congress had written a letter to Home Minister Amit Shah on the subject of Rahul Gandhi and his ‘security lapse’ in the yatra, which was answered by an officer which is not appropriate.

Panipat-Khatima Highway and Kandhla-Kairana Road are closed today in view of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. The highway will be opened after Bharat Jodo Yatra enters Panipat district.

Bharat Jodo Yatra Live: Bharat Jodo Yatra started from Alam village of Shamli, will enter Haryana tomorrow
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi along with party leaders started Bharat Jodo Yatra today from Alam village in Shamli district. Rahul Gandhi started the journey from Alam at around five o’clock. Rahul Gandhi will reach Unchagaon in Kairana via Kandhla. After rest and lunch here, the journey will leave for Panipat.
