A youth shot dead a 16-year-old girl on Monday in Kantirampur village of Bhadohi district. Left the cousin present together. The girl had gone to defecate in the field near her house. According to information, Anuradha, 16-year-old daughter of Sunil Kumar Bind, a resident of Bindnagar Kantirampur in Suriawan, had gone for defecation late on Wednesday evening along with her cousin Nisha. It is alleged that Meenapur resident Arvind alias Panchu Vishwakarma, who was already ambushed there, attacked the teenager by pointing a gun at her temple. Due to which the girl died on the spot. The accused absconded.
