A case has been registered in the case of fraud of Rs 52 lakh in Sikandra police station of Agra. The amount was taken by making the victim a partner in the business. It is alleged that the managing director of the firm threatened him on asking for the accounts. Police say evidence is being collected. Discussion is being done.

Satyapal Singh Rana, a resident of Swapna Sarovar Colony, had complained to the police commissioner. It said that from the year 2015, he was acquainted with Jagat Narayan Mathur, a resident of Gandhi Nagar, Etawah. Presently Jagat is living in Lucknow. He introduced Ravindra, a resident of Paschim Puri. He described himself as the Managing Director of Brain Power HR Management Company. He proposed to make equal partner in his company in the year 2018.

He said that the contract for Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi has been received for five years. Proposed to make Deputy Managing Director in the firm. Assured good profits on investing Rs. Satyapal believed Ravindra’s words. From 31 October 2018 to 31 May 2019, Rs 52 lakh was given.

It is alleged that Ravindra assured to get the agreement done in six months. But, did not do so. No accounting book of Rs 52 lakh was given. Later he was given some documents, which were fake. Protested on coming to know about this. The accused threatened to kill. Police investigated on the complaint of the victim. A case was registered in Sikandra police station on Monday. Inspector-in-charge of Sikandra police station, Anand Kumar Shahi says that a case has been registered under the section of cheating, forgery, breach of trust, threatening to kill. Action will be taken after deliberation.

Money given by selling jewelry and taking loan

The victim Satyapal Singh Rana told the police that he did not have the money. Thinking of profit from business, it was given to the accused. Sold his ancestral jewelry for this. Also borrowed money from some people. When there was no profit, people started demanding money. This caused trouble.
