Gondia, An incident of burning a forest guard working in Nagjhira forest area under Tiroda Forest Department has come to light after beating him. The one who was thrashed has been identified as forest guard Nitesh Manohar Raut (29 resident Jhanjia).
In this case, a case has been registered in Tiroda police station on the complaint of Nitesh’s friend forest guard Amit Moolchand Naik (Tiroda). According to the complaint filed, on February 15, the forest guard Nitesh Raut, friend of the complainant, came to him in a scared and delirious condition. During this, when he was asked about this, he was coming from Jhanjhia to Tiroda in a two-wheeler at around 7.30 pm. That’s why five-six people stopped his bike and thrashed him on the asphalt road near Bodalkasa pond in Waghdev area near Indora Khurd village and the motorcycle was also set on fire.
Meanwhile, both of them went to sleep at night saying that they will complain to the police the next day. But he went away saying that Nitesh would return in the morning. But didn’t come back. When the complainant forest guard Amit Naik suspected this, he approached the Tiroda police station and lodged a complaint. Tiroda police have registered the case. Assistant Police Inspector Ishwar Hanwate is doing the investigation.
