Dhaka/New Delhi: Information about an explosion in Bangladesh’s capital Dhaka has come to the fore on Tuesday evening. This explosion was so terrible that 8 people died on the spot. At the same time, more than 100 people have been injured. Relief and rescue work is going on at the spot. It is being told that the death toll may increase. The injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital.
According to local media reports, the explosion occurred in a five-storey building. Due to the blast, there is an atmosphere of panic in the entire area. The blast took place at 4:50 pm on Tuesday. After the blast, the fire department was informed. As soon as the information was received, five fire engines were deployed on the spot.

According to police, the injured have been taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. A bus parked on the roadside was also damaged due to the blast in the building. According to the police, the injured are being treated at the emergency ward of the Dhaka Medical College Hospital. Notably, the building that exploded has several stores on the ground floor and a branch of BRAC Bank next to it.
