Ayushi’s body was found in a red colored trolley bag on the service road of Yamuna Expressway in Thana Raya area on November 18. This had spread sensation in the area. Under the leadership of SP City Martand Prakash Singh, 14 police teams identified the dead body in 48 hours and disclosed the matter. Ayushi was murdered by her father Nitesh Yadav. The father shot him twice. After this, after packing the dead body in polythene and keeping it in a trolley, it was put to hideout. Ayushi’s mother was also involved in this whole incident.
Ayushi was murdered on November 17 at around 2 pm. The accused father kept his dead body in the house for 11 hours. Even the son of the accused was not aware of this. The husband and wife had disposed of the dead body of the daughter in the night.
The police had arrested father Nitesh Yadav and mother Brajbala (resident of house no. 2461, street no. 65, block E/2 Molarband Extension, Badarpur New Delhi) and sent them to jail in the case. The father shot Ayushi in the head and chest with a licensed revolver.
The reason behind Ayushi’s murder was a love marriage with Chhatrapal, a resident of Bharatpur, in the Arya Samaj temple. The witness of the marriage of both was Chhatrapal’s friend Manvendra. Police Station Raya was continuously contacting to call Chhatrapal.
Chhatrapal reached the police station Raya with a friend on Thursday. Inspector-in-charge Omhari Vajpayee said that Chhatrapal and his friend have been made witnesses in the Ayushi murder case. The statements of both have been recorded. Soon the charge sheet will be filed after taking statements of other witnesses.
