Ayushi Murder Case: After killing the daughter, the father hid the revolver and car in a house built on the banks of the Yamuna.


After killing Ayushi and throwing her body in a trolley bag near Yamuna Expressway, accused father Nitesh Yadav took the car and revolver to Delhi and hid it in a house under construction on the banks of Yamuna. The license of the revolver with which the shot was fired was hidden in the neighbor’s house so that no one could know. The police recovered the license along with the car and revolver from the house of the neighbor Chhotlal Yadav.

On the other hand, the Mathura police has started tightening the noose so that the mother and father of the BCA student Ayushi’s killers can get severe punishment. The police have stepped up to make around 27 witnesses of the massacre. Policemen, toll workers, dhaba workers and watchmen have also been included in these witnesses. Soon the police will file a charge sheet in the murder case after recording the statements of the witnesses and collecting facts.

On November 18, the body of BCA student Ayushi (22) was found in a blood-soaked trolley bag in the bushes near the Agricultural Research Center on the service road of Mile Stone 108 of Yamuna Expressway in Thana Raya area. After identifying Ayushi in 48 hours, the police disclosed the murder case on November 21 and arrested the murderer father Nitesh and mother Brajbala. The couple was sent to jail on 22 November.

On Thursday, Investigating Officer/SHO Raya Omhari Vajpayee will take statements of witnesses. After the statement, the charge sheet will be filed after collecting the facts. Inspector in-charge told that about 27 witnesses will be made. These will also include policemen, toll workers, dhaba workers and watchmen. A charge sheet will be filed after collecting their statements and evidence.

The revolver and bullet used in Ayushi’s murder will be sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory in Agra for ballistic examination. Blood samples and other important facts collected by the forensic team from Ayushi’s house in Delhi were sent for investigation. Their report will be included in the charge sheet.

Investigating Officer/SHO Omhari Vajpayee will soon call Chhatrapal resident Bharatpur, Rajasthan, who had a love marriage with Aayushi, for questioning. Inspector in-charge told that Chhatrapal will be questioned. For this he will be called on Thursday or the next day.
