Aurangabad: On Wednesday, Divisional Commissioner Sunil Kendrekar expressed his displeasure over the lack of speed in the work of the drinking water scheme worth Rs. Divisional Commissioner Kendrekar along with Collector Astik Kumar Pandey, Aurangabad Municipal Commissioner Dr. Abhijit Chowdhary visited the proposed land of the main well to be constructed for the new drinking water scheme near Jayakwadi dam and the work of water purification center under construction at Kanchanwadi. During this visit, he expressed his displeasure over the failure of the company doing the work of the project to speed up the work and directed the officials of the Maharashtra Life Authority to take strict steps to speed up the work of the project.
