Only, the Delhi High Court has rejected Thackeray’s petition. The decision to tie the bow and arrow is a temporary decision. It is not clear why the Central Election Commission will ever remove party names and symbols.

Delhi High Court has dismissed the petition filed by Uddhav Thackeray. The Delhi High Court has ordered to take a final decision in the matter, saying that the election commission has the right to hold party’s boat and party’s symbol.
