Kansas City: One person was killed and six others were injured in a shooting during a ‘Halloween’ party in Kansas City, US. The shooting happened during a ‘Halloween’ party at a home in Kansas City on Monday night. Police said that at least 70 to 100 teenagers were present in the party. The police was informed about the said incident around 9 o’clock in the night. A 17-year-old youth was found dead on the spot and six others were injured.
Police said one person was sent home after treatment and the condition of the other five was stated to be stable as of Tuesday afternoon. The victims were between 15 and 18 years of age, most of whom were between 15 and 16, he said. A news release quoted police as saying that one person was taken into custody in connection with the incident that happened on Tuesday. Police are on the lookout for another four to six suspects.

However, the details of the suspects were not released. Police said the party was only for invited young teenagers, but it was publicized on social media. Police said the suspects were wearing masks and were asked to leave because they were older.
