Ambernath: The three accused arrested in the aerial firing in Ambernath on Sunday evening were presented at the Chopda Court in Ulhasnagar on Monday. Where on the request of the police, the judge has ordered to keep all the accused on police remand for 8 days. A total of 32 people including Golden Man Pandhari Phadke of Panvel and former corporator of KDMC Kunal Patil and his two real brothers have been registered. .
The complainant, Rahul Patil of Adivali village of Kalyan has lodged a complaint with the local Shivajinagar police on the day of the incident that due to political rivalry, former corporator of KDMC Kunal Patil wants to get me killed. The reason behind this is so that I cannot contest the election against him. The police have registered about 15 to 20 rounds of firing during the incident in Ambernath industrial area.

The use of revolver, pistol, single and double bore gun in this firing has been included in the FIR. Senior Police Inspector Ashok Bhagat is investigating the whole matter. The funny aspect of this incident is that after dozens of shots were fired, there was no casualty and after the incident, the police, on the behest of Rahul Patil, arrested former KDMC corporator Kunal Patil and his two real brothers, Panvel’s golden man Pandhari Phadke, along with a total of 32 people. A case has been registered against the nominated and 10 to 15 other people under section 307 and other sections.
