The Allahabad High Court has rejected the bail application of Kanpur SP MLA Irfan Solanki. He is accused of traveling by air with fake Aadhaar card. This order has been given by Justice DK Singh. It may be known that an FIR has been lodged at Gwal Toli police station in Kanpur for traveling by air on fake Aadhaar card. SP MLA Solanki, who is lodged in Maharajganj District Jail, is accused of getting a fake Aadhaar card made in the name of Ashraf and traveling by air to avoid arrest in another criminal case. Also stayed in the hotel.

The petitioner says that he has been falsely implicated under political enmity. The government lawyer said that the petitioner is accused of getting a fake Aadhaar card made and traveling by air. The petitioner has committed a serious crime by tampering with the national level identity card. This has also been confirmed by the CCTV footage of the incident. He also has a criminal history of 16 cases. Seeing the seriousness of the crime of SP MLA Solanki from Sismau, the court refused to release him on bail.
