In this incident which took place in broad daylight, jewelery worth more than one crore was mentioned to have gone. Kuldeep filed a case in unknown. But in 24 hours, with the help of CCTV, mobile surveillance etc., the police arrested Kuldeep’s son Yogesh alias Raja, his alleged wife Sonam alias Chitra and friend Shehjal Chauhan and Shehjal’s lover Tanuj and recovered goods worth more than one crore looted from the house. did. Police revealed in the disclosure of the incident that Yogesh had a love marriage with Sonam despite opposition from the family and was living separately.
Yogesh, along with his girlfriend and friends, carried out this robbery in his own house to meet his expenses and to set up a separate household. His friend was involved with Yogesh at the time of the incident, while Yogesh’s girlfriend and her friend were involved in the conspiracy. In the case, the police gave a 300-page charge sheet in the court in May 2021 with evidence of recovery of goods worth more than one crore, CCTV footage, finger prints, hair, voice records on mobile etc. Before which the process of goods identification was also completed. During the session trial, facts were presented on behalf of the defense advocate Rambabu Sharma that the police had fabricated a false story. The goods which have been shown to be recovered are Kuldeep himself and his son Yogesh. Argued in the court that of course the son lives separately. However, he does business with his father.
