The youth of Gonda Talashera had informed the police on Wednesday night that his minor 14-year-old sister was getting married to an elderly person by her mother for Rs 3.5 lakh. The wedding is going on in a house in Khair. On this information, on the instructions of the CO, the police team along with the child line reached the spot. Wedding preparations were going on there.
During this the marriage stopped. But the accused mother, aged groom and middleman disappeared. The mother also took the teenager along. In the case, a case has been registered against the three accused on the Tahrir of the teenager’s brother. According to CO Iglas Raghavendra Singh, mother Seema Devi, middleman Surendra and groom Rohit alias Khiladi are being searched.
